Known for his energetic personality, Harshit Gupta has experienced the taste of success since a very young age. Being the perfect example of a true entrepreneur, he not only guided his own company (company name) to success, but also supported other young founders turn their ideas and dreams into successful businesses. He stepped into the business world when he was merely a 17 year old who found himself doing his bachelors in BBA along with handling all the operations of his family business. Developing a new vision for his company, playing an integral part in the whole process of business development and formulating and executing strategies helped him gain efficient communication, management, strategic thinking, problem solving and leadership skills. Carrying this bag of skills and his network of professional relationships, both national and international, helped him co-found Sahi Startup. He is the epitome of what is known as a “one man army” and strongly believes that it is his passion for entrepreneurship that helps him look forward to the next day, every night!

A self-driven entrepreneur with plenty of guts and motivation on her side, Arushi Jain is the co-founder of Sahi Startup. With a background in journalism and having worked in several advertising agencies such as Hindustan Times, she soon realised that she wanted to create something of her own and lead from the front. Taking the 5 years of experience on her back and the zeal to enter the business world, she co-founded a marketing agency by the name of Vilaasita Emporio in 2019. Through all these years, she not only elevated the performance of her own company but also many other start-ups that are now reaching unimaginable heights. Her entrepreneurial spirit never faded away; rather it got fiercer, which inspired her to start a new chapter in 2022 with Sahi Startup. Her wealth of experience in making high level decisions, getting deeply involved in strategic business planning and building a dense network of professional relationships makes Arushi a young, charismatic leader.

With over 8 years of work experience in the industry and extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, he can cultivate strong customer relationships, overcome client’s disappointments and meet sales quotas. In her free time, she loves socialising and travelling.

Akshit is our Sales head with over 7 years of experience in customer service and sales. He holds a master’s degree in communication from Delhi school of communication and possesses strong leadership and analytical skills. He takes pride in having a vast sales executive experience and hopes to give the customers the maximum value for their money. As a sales director, he is responsible for developing strategic plans, hitting the annual sales target and lead the entire sales team. He understands the needs of the client and strongly believes that his ability to create meaningful relations is a great agent that makes his services unique.

Akhil's marketing career began 15 years ago when he realized that he had a visionary spirit full of creativity, ideas and an enthusiastic zeal to explore it further. He decided to do his bachelor’s degree in marketing from IIM, Bangalore and quickly joined as an intern in the marketing team of a well-established firm. He ran marketing and media campaigns, learnt web analytics and prepared advertising contracts over the years. Fast forward to 15 years, he now leads our company’s marketing team. Apart from creating strategies for digital, communications and advertising teams, he is also motivated to create brand awareness and reach diverse segments of the market. His eye for creativity, established contacts and strong project management skills help in content optimization and customer acquisition.
